On the "All my spaces" page, we should probably put the space list over the space creation form

On the "All my spaces" page, we should probably put the space list over the space creation form.

By this way, we can check if the space we want to create is not allready existing AND we are supposed to visit more existing workspaces than we create new workspaces.
