Do not display the title anymore when displaying the macro

ZEM-3 is now linking the title and the Xdoc.title so users will fill the title in order to see a beautiful name in menus but may not want to see it on the integrated content.
We could give the option to pick if the title is displayed or not but this will only complicate the macro when the user can already modify its content to display the title. Moreover he won't be forced to use any title size as he is now.
