In IE, Panels expand and collapsed can cause wiki page text to move over one or two pixels. This occurs with the new skin 1.0. Similarly, if the panels are on the left, text flow can change in the body page too.
Also related, if the first element of a page is a table, then the table pushed below the bottom right side panel.
