[XWIKI-9956] - When a subwiki is empty, the administration should suggest the good UI to install
[XWIKI-9958] - XWiki.XWikiComments page is created as guest in a subwiki
[XWIKI-9979] - During Step 4 - Report from DW, clicking on the Rollback button generates a Velocity error
[XWIKI-9984] - Update translations for French
[XWIKI-9994] - DW is wrongly started after the creation of a wiki using a template
