Mail notification configuration submit does not save the values

In the administration of the Rate Limiter App, section Rate Limiter Configuration, Mail notification configuration sub-section.

Filling the form:

• SENDER ADDRESS
• RECIPIENT ADDRESS
• MINIMUM INTERVAL
• LANGUAGE

Then clicking the save button. The values filled in the form are not saved.

Tested on XE Jetty 6.4.6
