When right-clicking in the navigation pane, the menu won't go away unless I click on an action

• I'm in the navigation pane
• I right-click on an item (either a space, a page or an attachment)
• The context menu appears (say it was a space, so it shows "refresh wiki explorer" and "create new page")
  • I click anywhere outside the context menu -> nothing happens, context menu still here
  • I click on one of the greyed out actions -> nothing happens, context menu still here
  • Actually I'm typing in JIRA right now, in Firefox , and I can still see the context menu on top of my FF page (Word is in the background)
• The menu will only go away if I click one of the 2 available items

Clicking anywhere outside should make the context menu disappear.
