Tree not working for unregistered users

The tree macro does not display correctly for unregistered users after page reload.

Reproduce:

• Closed wiki with view rights for unregistered users on Main, Panels, Color Theme, XWiki and few other Spaces

• Registered users have additional view rights on more Spaces

• Log in as a registered user, the tree macro lists all spaces for which you have the view right (tree macro works as expected)

• Log out. Since you are an unregistered user now, the tree macro lists fewer Spaces (you have view rights on fewer Spaces, tree macro works as expected)

• Now just refresh the Page (press F5), Tree macro does not list anything anymore.
