Save embedded images that use Data URI as attachments when importing an office document

When you import an office document using a recent version of Libre/OpenOffice, the images end up in the content of the wiki page embedded using the Data URI scheme. This is not nice as it makes the content hard to read/modify. It would be better to save these images as attachments.
