Links to pages from notification mails are displayed without port, thus inaccessible

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Preconditions: Mail Sending is properly configured in Administration.

1. Login as Admin
2. Create an user (e.g. U1)
3. Login with U1
4. Set Notifications to ON, enable Notifications Toggles for Pages and Watch the Wiki
5. Login with Admin
6. Create/update/modify a page (Pag1)
7. Trigger "Notifications daily email" (as set by default in user's profile) from Scheduler.WebHome

EXPECTED RESULTS

The link related to Pag1 page is displayed properly and the page can be accessed.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The links to the related pages from the respective instance are displayed without port (e.g. only http://localhost/xwiki/bin/view/Pag1/, instead of http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Pag1/), thus inaccessible. Tested both on Jetty and on Tomcat 9.0.27.

Gabriela told me she tested on a 11.10.2 instance lately on MySQL (Jetty) and the links were displayed ok, but today when she repeated the tests on both MySQL and HSQL, the links were displayed also without port.

I've tested also on XWiki 11.9 and the issue could be reproduced as well.
