A change of notification email interval might not be taken into account immediately

XWIKI-17545 introduced a cache of users for each notification email interval. This cache is invalidated for any user modification but not if only the interval is modified (because it's not stored in the user object).

The workaround is to do a modification in the user object of any user in the same wiki.
