Add Property to manage the allowed types of email content

In cases where the wiki is closed to known users and the content should not be sent in plain-text via email, a property in xwiki.properties would be a good feature to disable the Standard diff or choose allowed diff-types.

i.e.

 notifications.emails.diff.types.enabled = standard, nothing
