Not possible to scroll up job logs while the job is running

In the case of a job running and taking long it's useful to check the logs and I often feel the need to check what happened so far by scrolling up but every time I scroll up the logs are automatically getting me to the bottom before I had time to read.

IMO we should never redirect users to the bottom of the logs but find a way to inform them when a new log entry is displayed in the bottom. Like what happens on Matrix when a new message appears while you are scrolling up.

Reproduction steps:

• Starts a job that takes long
• Scroll up the log messages

Expected result:

• You can read all logs so far

Obtained result:

• The log keeps displaying only the bottom, each time you scroll up you're redirected to the bottom
