Sort and filter actions should be greyed in Live Data kebab menu when their is nothing to filter or sort

The sort and filter actions are displayed in black in the kebab menu (see screenshot above), even if their is nothing to sort or filter.
In this case it would be better to hide them, or to grey them out.
