The rights action is never displayed in the livetable using getdocuments.vm

The livetable displaying listings of documents by calling getdocument.vm cannot display the rights action in the action column.

hasrigths is not affected in $row following the pattern used for the other rights.

$isAdvancedUser is undefined, hence considered as false, making hasrights always false.
