Versioning store should not set the document author from the RCSNodeInfo#author

Right now our VersioningStore implementation is setting the author of a document after it's been deserialized from XML, by using the author info contained in the RCSNodeInfo: that might be dangerous is for some reason the information are not consistent. The author should always comes from the XML serialization.
