"New Child Page" - option for NewPage panel that sets a NewPage's parent to be the current (last) document.

In my company's implementation of XWiki we are trying to create a hierarchy to help present information in more specific groups then just spaces.

We do this by assigning the parent page of a new page. The following patch creates a "New Child Page" option in the NewPage panel that automatically sets the parent to the current document, this makes it easy to create trees without having to know the wiki name of the parent page.

It might even make sense to replace New Page with New Child Page altogether...
