Allow rights setting and inheritance in the filemanager

The need is to be able to have different rights on subtrees of the hierarchy of folders, and that these rights are inherited on the whole subtree under the folder on which they are set (just as rights on files and folders would work in a filesystem).

The idea would be to implement this feature based on a hierarchy of documents created as nested spaces and benefit from the rights inheritance.
