Create a Help Center

Many users get confused when trying XWiki for the first time because they don't know where to start and what can be achieved with XWiki. We should promote and showcase the most important features of XWiki so that the users can understand the power of XWiki and how XWiki can help them solve their problems.

A Help Center might be the solution for this. evalica made a proposal on this topic some time ago. The Help Center should:

• target the first time (simple) users (i.e. the evaluator persona)
• provide some demo content to showcase and promote a selection of the XWiki features (e.g. rich text content, wiki macros, page templates with structured data and applications)

The Help Center is not meant to be a duplicate or a replacement of the online documentation found on xwiki.org.
