In agenda view the end date does not need to be displayed if the same as the start date

e.g. start date = 19.02.2014 10:00
end date = 19.02.2014 12:00

event displays as "19.02.2014 10:00 - 19.02.2014 12:00"
could better be "19.02.2014 10:00 - 12:00"
