Remove tabbed information (comments, attachments, etc) from MoccaCalendar.WebHome and MoccaCalendar.MoccaCalendarSheet

For applications is less common to need the #docextra (ability to comment, attach).

We should remove the #docextra for 'Calendar Overview' and individual calendar pages, while we need to keep #docextra for individual events.
