Normal wiki navigation no longer works if page contains a calendar

    Description

      When using the flamingo skin, the drop-down parts of the navigation no longer work when viewing a calendar inside the MoccaCalendar.
      I.e. you cannot go to the Wiki Admin
      I guess it does not work on any page that uses the {{calendar }} macro

      Problem seems to be an incompatibility between bootstrap and the jQuery version "bundled" with MoccaCalendar; erro message on page load is "Error: Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher"

      This should get fixed with MOCCACAL-22 but should be validated separately.
