The save/cancel buttons are lost after uploading an image on the create entry form

I found a bug in the create function. I tested it in the context of the totem. If you create an entry, add an image then you will loose the save/cancel button and you cannot save your entry. However the entry already exists without an object (because of the attachment upload).
