    Description

Currently, the user risks making changes to the configuration page and not knowing why they are not applied.

It would be useful to show a dirty state of the configuration page when it has been modified and to remove this dirty state when the user presses "Apply".

This could be implemented by adding an object whenever something is changed (making sure that it's added only once) and removing it when "Apply" is pressed.
