Description
When the blog is empty, if you add the Blog.CategoriesPanel it is empty, altough the standard categories are News, Other, Personal.
It should display:
Blog categories
- News (0)
- Other (0)
- Personal (0)
(Edit Categories) // if rights
The Blog.CategoriesPanel is empty, even if you have an Unpublished article.
The Blog.CategoriesPanel is getting populated only if you publish an article.
