Text should look the same in different "Add a category" boxes

Steps to follow to reproduce:

• go to a blog post ( e.g. http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/inline/Blog/BlogIntroduction)
• scroll down the page to categories
• click "Add a category"; notice text in Italics
• scroll up again
• on the left click "Edit Categories" under "Blog Categories"
• click "Add a category"; notice text is not in Italics

Result: text should have the same look in both cases
