Add support for Maven dependency without a proper descriptor

You can sometimes find JAR artifacts with invalid or missing pom which is something Maven accept (with a warning).

XWIKI-7260 introduced a custom Maven property in extension dependencies indicating the type which make possible to implement this (it's impossible to find the artifact without the type since it used to be found in the descriptor).
