Can't register listener on a subwiki component manager

Because ObservationManager can't find the component since it lookup the root component manager (the one it's registered on) and not the one containing the actual listener when receiving the component event.

The solution is to provide the CM corresponding to the event in the event datas so that OM or any other component dealing with dynamically registered components using events.
