Add persistent storage of the wiki state

This would allow to detect changes between the remembered state and the current state of the wiki, in order to detect new and changed documents.

What should be stored for the space list:

• space names
• the list of documents inside them, along with the last "read" change date
• monitoring preferences for each space (monitor, don't monitor, default)

For tags, the list of tags along with the corresponding document count.
