Description

Add a getting started guide to XWiki Enterprise in order to make it easier for users to use basic XE features when they install it.

I've added a patch that includes the guide. WARNING: I'm not sure whether anything needs to be changed before applying it since it's new content.

I've added the ZIP file as a precaution. It includes every page from the guide in XML format, with everything cleaned (version numbers, author names etc).

If the previous patch cannot be used as is, it can be generated from this set of XML files.
