Import Office docs still available

If I authorize a user only to view the Sandbox space (I deny comment, edit), for instance, the action > import office documents is stlll available.
A click on this drives me to http://localhost:8181/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/OfficeImporter.
Only at the end of the import process a message shows : "Inadequate privileges."
Not really logical : that features should be hidden if the user as no edit rights.
