Creating new page corrupts encoding on Tomcat 6

    Description

      Today I've noticed this on 2.2.x, and upgraded to 2.3, but the bug remains.
      See the attached screenshots: 1 -> 2 (you can see, that the path and the parent document are messed up).
      Also, the title would be messed up, if i choose to create a new page with a Russian title.
