Create a Recent Activity macro

    Description

      Implement the recent changes list that is currently on the Main.Dashboard page as a macro, to potentially replace the Main.RecentChanges page.
      This macro should allow to define its scope through parameters, to allow specifying whether the recent changes are from the whole wiki or only one of its spaces.
      This should be also implemented as a wiki macro, to allow being used as a gadget (in Main.Dashboard, among others).

      I propose "changes" name for this macro.
