Open page dialogue not working against MySQL

Using XWiki Eclipse 1.2.0 Snapshot and XWiki XML-RPC 1.4.0 on the client side, and XWiki XE 1.5 RC2 on the server side, I run into the following issue: the open page dialogue does not return any result. Whatever I type in the input field, the search progress gets stalled at 0%. The open page dialogue works fine when using an HSQLDB though.

Environment:

• Java 1.6
• MySQL mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.51a, for mandriva-linux-gnu (i586) using readline 5.2
