Working XWiki offline with IDE Editor Integration plugin

Users can grab an XWiki site via the plug-in (an appropriate mechanism will be provided) into a local store and work on it. Users will be given a warning message when they try to save a locally edited document which has been changed on servers. Users will be provided a mechanism to selectively download parts of XWiki sites into their local stores for off-line operations.
