    Description

      Could be fine to implement programming rights incapsulation inside workspaces and virtual wikis.

      Use case:
      I set up my workspace AND I need to do some scripting on it. For now we have no tool to "encapsulate" programming rights of user with programming rights niether inside his own workspace (as a global user), nor inside virtual wiki (as a local one).

      "Ideal XWiki world" runs everything independently.
