Manage calendar events

The mail archive should apply a special treatment to mails containing calendar information.
A new "type" should be created, and a new wiki class that would store the calendar information (start, end, ...). Object of this class would be created in addition to usual MailArchiveCode.MailClass object, because one event could be linked to one-to-many emails (maybe not at the same time though).
