Implement a new way to show long operations progress.

I think the progress dialog should be removed. A progress bar in a separete window was necessary because MS Word was temporary closing the active document window to read it's data. Since now this issue is fixed, a separate window is not needed anymore.
A better way for showing the progress could be a loading/uploading image in the task pane and a message (plus percent complete) in the status bar.
