Add ability to get well-known Syntax types

This is needed in order to be able to get a Syntax Type's human-readable name.

In the future we should rewrite Syntax and SyntaxType to be Singleton Components so that it's possible to add new ones easily.

Right now I need this feature for the Rendering CTS framework.
