[[path:]] and [[attach:]] links are incorrectly marked as external links

While it is true that path links could point to another application outside the wiki, most path links are used to link to other actions instead of /view/. And even if such a link would point out of the wiki, it would still be a link on the same domain, thus in most cases it could be considered internal, leading to another part of the same site.

Attachment links are always internal.
