Add support for "anonymous" RAW text in XHTML renderer

The idea is to allow putting null for the syntax in a RawBlock meaning that we want to insert the provided content no matter what renderer is going to be used.

One use case is a source that knows the renderer syntax but parsed and executed by a generic code that does not. And anyway right now putting null in RawBlock crash the html renderer so better do something.
