Add test cases to check generic listeners implement all methods

As discussed in PR#190, we should add test cases that check that generic rendering listeners like CompositeListener, QueueListener, AbstractChainingListener and LookaheadChainingListener (correctly) implement all methods of the Listener interface to avoid bugs like XRENDERING-632.
