    Description

      • disable unneeded DescendantToken module
      • enable EmptyBlock for all blocks, not just for catch
      • check that @author is not present
      • enable HiddenField for local variables
      • disable unneeded IllegalTokenText module
      • run the TodoComment check for @todo javadoc tags, FIXME and TODO comments.
      • reorder some modules to respect the alphabetical order
