PDF Export ignores style and xhtml2fo fields from PDF Template if the template is cross wiki

    Description

      If you create a PDF export template in the main wiki and then try to use it using the pdftemplate= parameter in a child wiki, then the style and xhtml2fo fields are not found while the header/footer/cover are found
