Avoid asking the user who started the Distribution Wizard to login

    Description

      It mostly happen with guest who loose access as soon as a user (usually XWiki.Admin) is imported during the install.

      The idea is also to prevent a real user from loosing access during the DW because he lost admin right during a upgrade for example.
