Add a Template Provider to contribute new extensions using the Add menu

Hello,

When we want add new extension page on http://extensions.xwiki.org web site from another page, we wrongly click on top menu Add buttton and a blank page is open instead the nice extension form.
To add an extension, we must going on exo webhome page and choose the input field for "Contribute Extension..."

Could you register an provider to let the choice when we use Add top menu button, betwwen "default page" and "extension form"?

(if is is simple to do and you think it is usefull like me of course)
