After installing an extension, the user should be able to easily access the page for configuring it

After installing an extension which has configuration properties, the way to configure it is it reload the page or click again on the administration button to reload the page so that it loads with the new extension's configuration available and then find the configuration for the new extension and click on it.

This is not correct user experience, the user should see some kind of prompt to go to configure the extension which they just installed.
