Create a specific "Page Administration" instead of reusing the Wiki/Space Admin UI

    Description

      Right now, the "page administration" is nothing but the "space administration". It works for non terminal documents, but not for the terminal ones.

      Moreover, to simply edit the access rights of the page, we now need the admin right on the space. If not, you cannot see the administration (but you can still use the access right editor in the edit menu).

      This is not very good for UX and it should be improved.
