"More Applications" and its "Create my own" option should not be shown to user unable to use it

For example, when not logged in, the "More Applications" option is shown with the only option to "Create my own". But if you follow this path, you reach the AWM livetable where you cannot create anything new.
So these option should be properly hidden to user that are not concerned.
