When replaying the extension history we should be able to specify default answers for unexpected questions

When replaying a recorded extension history file we can encounter questions (e.g. merge conflicts) that have not between answered originally. When this happens the replay is paused and the user has to answer the question in order to proceed. This works fine, but sometimes we want to perform the replay in a non-interactive mode, while still controlling the decisions. In other words we want to be able to specify default answers for unexpected questions that may arise during the replay.
