Move/Rename pages update links / create page redirects

When a page is moved and other pages have a link to it 2 things should happen:

If the number of pages referencing it is small, XWiki could ask the user if he is interested in a rename where the links of all the pages referencing this page are updated to point at the current URL

If the number of pages is large, XWiki should automatically create a redirect page.
